All guests (including non-licensed office personnel) attending any NEBC function must be registered for the conference. The registration fee is $200 and includes all conference meals and evening activities. This fee does not include hotel accommodations. Name badges will be issued to all registered guests and must be worn for admittance to all functions.
» Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing. Those received prior to September 22 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. After September 22 no refunds will be given. Please e-mail all cancellations/refund requests to Deena Smith at dsmith@fscorp.com.

Q. What does the NEBC offer?
The National Education and Business Conference is designed to provide educational and networking opportunities for revenue producing financial advisors and registered assistants.
The conference registration fee for financial advisors and registered assistants includes:
- The registration covers Hotel accommodations at the Marriott Marquis for Tuesday (10/14), Wednesday (10/15) and Thursday (10/16), NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Lunch on Tuesday and Breakfast and Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Evening Functions: Welcome Reception (10/14), Reception (10/15) and Closing Festivities (10/16)
- Financial Advisors located in the Western Region the registration fee also covers hotel accommodations for Monday (10/13)
Your hotel accommodations will be made based on the information provided when you register. If you do not require a hotel room during the conference the registration fee is $200.
Non-registered assistants and spouses are also invited to attend the NEBC. The registration fee is $200 and does not include hotel accommodations.

Q. When is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is Monday, September 15, 2008. After this date, hotel reservations are not
guaranteed at the Marriott Marquis and will be accepted based on hotel availability. The deadline for the Early Bird
Registration is August 29, 2008.
Q. What is the maximum number of people the Marriott allows in a room?
The Atlanta Marriott Marquis allows a maximum of four persons per room. No room charge for up to two children under age 18 when sharing room with parents. There is a room charge of $20 for a 3rd and 4th adult (over age 18). This additional charge is the responsibility of the attendee. If you require a rollaway bed, please indicate this request in the section for hotel accommodations on the registration form.
Q. What is check-in and check-out time at the hotel?
The check-in time at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis is 4:00 p.m. and the check-out time is noon.
Q. Can we arrange extra days at the hotel?
The discount room rate is extended, based on availability, three days prior and three days following the group program dates. The NEBC room rate is $170.00 + 15% occupancy tax for two double beds or one king bed. If you wish to extend your stay, please indicate the extra days on the registration form. To cover the cost of the additional charges, you can deduct the amount from your commission earnings or pay by check. Indicate your method of payment on the registration form.
Please Note: The NEBC special room rate is NOT available directly with the hotel or through their Web site. In order to receive the NEBC rate, include all additional hotel nights in your registration information.

Q. What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
The hotel requires a 24-advance notice for any changes and/or cancellations. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your requested arrival date, your room may be cancelled and accommodations may not be available for you for the remainder of the conference. If you depart earlier than scheduled, you will be responsible for payment of all remaining room nights that were not cancelled.
